Toucan Play 2

Beautiful!

"We just finished our stay at Toucan Play 2. This was not the property that we chose, initially. The condo that we chose, sold and Sunset Properties communicated with us immediately and worked with us to find another "fit". I am so glad that this "mishap" happened, because the duplex we stayed in accommodated us and our dog, perfectly! Also, an added bonus is that you can text them and they get back in less than 10 minutes, every time! We decided to stay an extra day and did so, via text! No time lost. I will say that the unit was very clean, kitchen has the basics, just watch their video and bring what you need. The beds are super comfy! There are water views from every window and a short 1 block walk to the beach. There is a hose and grill in the carport area with plenty of seating. The weather for us was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset every day! We will be back for sure. Sunset, thank you for helping us celebrate our 20th anniversary with our family!"

"Had a great time staying in Fort Morgan, Alabama. Our duplex was roomy, clean and well equipped. The view included the gulf shore and surrounding homes. The back deck had comfortable seating and chaise pointers for tanning. Recommend you consider staying here. Two bedrooms and bathrooms make it perfectly for two couples."

"The location is great!!! What is called the master bedroom does not have a tv and the mattress is very very uncomfortable. The second bedroom without the tv has a pillow top mattress but no bathroom attached to it. The living room vertical blinds were missing some pieces so you could not completely close them. We washed some of our beach items off under the house and left them there to dry while we went into town and someone decided to take my daughter’s beach chair and frisbee. Very disappointing in that the only people that came while we were gone was the cleaning crew. So just be careful!! We did have problems with the electronic door lock but got immediate help which was wonderful. "

As for the missing items, I am terribly sorry this happened, but I can assure you that our cleaners are very trustworthy and would never take guest items. We do have other properties available to rent on our website. Check it out at . We do try to take pictures of the TV's in the bedrooms, so if that is a must for you, I know we have a lot of properties that would work well for you! Give us a call! "

"We had a great time staying here. Getting into the property was simple since everything was texted and emailed to us. It was spacious with everything we needed. We took our dog and it was so nice to have such a short walk to the beach. The hose under the property in the carport was a lifesaver for getting sand off of us and our pooch when returning from the beach. The owner quickly responded to us by text message if we had any questions or comments. We definitely recommend this place!"
