John is fantastic! My husband and I were referred to him through a mutual friend- and he came through in more ways than one. Before connecting with John, we had been through the ringer in house hunting. He listened to our concerns, knew what we wanted (probably better than we did) and got us the  house we had been looking for. Staying at the Dunes was amazing. Beach views of sunset and sunrise from the balcony were unobstructed. Beach walks were uncrowded and peaceful. Loved my stay and will return.

We loved our time at The Indies in Fort Morgan! The condo was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Our family of four was very comfortable in the one bedroom condo. We loved being a bit (25 minutes or so) from the commercialized and crowded Gulf Shores/Orange Beach areas. They were close enough to visit, but then we could get back to our own "semi-private" beach and relax. The checkout and checkin processes were extremely simple and the maintenance crew was right on the one simple question we had. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Can I stay forever? We really enjoyed our stay at our Phoenix condo in Orange Beach. We loved that it was right on the beach, gulf front. My husband unfortunately had some work to do our first full day there, but he did it with an amazing view from the balcony. My 14 yr old daughter is somewhat bougie so her standards are pretty high. She doesn't get excited about much and she loved it! We'll definitely be back, and when we're ready we're calling Monica because she was so helpful and amazing.

This was our first rental experience with Sunset Properties after going to Gulf Shores for 10+ years and let me say I was impressed!! I don't think we will use any other rental property. Our condo and stay were wonderful, any questions or concerns before or during our trip were taken care of. We loved our unit in Ocean House II. Thank you Sunset Properties for providing such a great experience!! We'll be seeing you next year.

I loved staying in this condo at the Phoenix West. The beds were very comfortable and I got a good nights sleep every night I was here. The view of the beach, pools and lazy river were spectacular. The TVs had all the streaming services so you could pretty much watch what you wanted. Had everything needed in the kitchen and bar along with a drip coffee maker and Keurig. The refrigerator was large and looked fairly new, enough to hold all you would need. I would highly recommend this condo for any trip to Orange Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Guest Property Review -

This house was great for the family plus a few extra family. The views from the balcony was fantastic. The house was very comfortable and homey.
