"Locations on the beach are great. What was nice about this one was walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. One direction the beach was the busier public beaches and the other was much quieter due to minimal properties. Balcony had minimal settling/chairs and was small in depth, and the photos show that. Was pleasantly surprised by the size of the living space and by the perfectly heated pool. Mgmt company was very responsive and proactive."

"Positives - great location, excellent beach front with umbrellas and chairs available for rental. Good size condo and very clean overall. Management was very responsive to a small issue that we had and remedied it right away! Communication was excellent.
Negaives - did not like carpet at the beach, balcony very very small and narrow so a chair would barely fit. We noticed it was the only condo in the building with that tiny balcony. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Shores and this condo is in an ideal location to enjoy many nearby attractions. We had no complications with the entire process of renting and using this condo and we had no problems that required a call to the management even though we were provided options for doing so. Our only concern was with the shower. You must go up 2 steps to get in the shower and there are no handrails. Anyone with mobility issues would find this dangerous."

"This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed! The view from the balcony/living room was amazing, and with the doors open you could hear the surf. The condo was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The bed/pillows were very comfortable. It is within walking distance to many good seafood restaurants and shopping. It is close to the beach and they allow you to borrow chairs. The security guards were helpful with restaurant ideas. We felt very safe walking around in Gulf Shores. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. One of our best vacations ever!"

"Our stay was extremely enjoyable. Gulf Shores residents were all very welcoming. We felt very welcomed and safe as they have a daytime and nightly Security guard. Our Condo was furnished with everything we needed to be at home for our 30 day stay. Sunset
Mgmt. Staff were very helpful if needed 24 hrs a day. We have already reserved another stay. The area is full of things to do and fresh fish from Rouses was amazing.

"Our stay was a last minute “get away.” The rental unit was very was also very clean. The furnishings are a little dated. The bed however was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is the size of the balcony. Extremely small. "

"The rental was nice and clean and has a great view of the ocean. We were able to see sting rays and dolphins from our balcony. There are some cosmetic things that could use work and updating, but all in all, a very nice place to stay!!"

"Overall we had a great time. When we arrived, the rental appeared to be clean and comfortable. We were on the top (10th floor) so we didn’t spend too much time on the balcony. (The height freaks me out). But the location was perfect with only a few steps to the beach and the pool came in handy too Because the second day there were thunder storms and the gulf waves were too rough for us. If we ever decide to return we would definitely stay here again."
